Shipping policy
- All items are shipped via USPS.
- All orders under $100.00 will be charged a $6.00 flat rate fee & will arrive in 5-8 business days.
- All orders are available for in store pick up. ( excluding online exclusive items)
- Orders over $100.00 will ship free and will arrive in 5-8 business days.
- Priority shipping is available $12.95 and will arrive in 4-5 business days.
- Please allow two days for orders to be processed. ( we will try and get them out quicker)
- Orders placed on Friday will not go out until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday & Sunday.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Evelyn Rose in not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
