We hope you loved your purchase but we know sometimes it just doesn't work. If that's the case we are happy to refund you with a Store Credit on non-final sale items once we receive the item back.
Store Credits will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at check out.
All items must be shipped back and post marked within 7 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping expense are customers responsibility. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. Shoes must be returned in original wrapping and box. Shoe boxes must be shipped back inside of a box. Do not place return label directly on shoe box.

Exchanges
Due to limited quantity of inventory , we do not offer direct exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange will still be available. If you are needing a different size/ color in an item, you can send the item back and repurchase with your store credit once it is processed.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still attached. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains. If any returns do not meet these requirements they will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customers expense.
We recommend keeping your tracking for your return. This will ensure when returns arrive to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
